Next Assassin’s Creed Revealed in a Leak; Ubisoft Confirms Report

The next installment of the wildly popular Assassin’s Creed franchise has been leaked, and it has been revealed that the game is set in 19th century London during the Victorian era. According to internal sources, it’s called ‘Assassin’s Creed Victory’ for the time being, and will be coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC in fall 2015. Sources also indicate that Victory will apparently be developed by Ubisoft Quebec, and not Ubisoft Montreal.

This is what Ubisoft has to say after leaks were reported all over the web:
"It is always unfortunate when internal assets, not intended for public consumption, are leaked. And, while we certainly welcome anticipation for all of our upcoming titles, we’re disappointed for our fans, and our development team, that this conceptual asset is now public. The team in our Quebec studio has been hard at work on the particular game in question for the past few years, and we’re excited to officially unveil what the studio has been working on at a later date. In the meantime, our number one priority is enhancing the experience of Assassin’s Creed Unity for players."
The leaks were apparently spotted by game-focused blog Kokatu, who also reported of seeing a seven minute ‘target gameplay footage’. The clip also notes that the footage was recorded using the new Anvil engine, which means that it was not pre-rendered.

The leaked footage shows an unnamed assassin in smoke-covered London, whose target is a Templar engaged in human trafficking of children. The assasin accepts the contract and is engaged in a battle on top of a moving vehicle. The fight then moves on to a train station where assassin gets on to a higher ground, swings using a grappling hook – a new gameplay mechanic, and takes out the target.

Thank you very much! The full specs sheet and price for the Galaxy Note 4 just appeared on an Indonesian e-store site, giving us all the juicy details we've been champing at the bit for since we can't even remember when. Read on for all the magnificence in store for us at Samsung Unpacked Episode 2, just before this year's IFA 2014.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 price

The biggest question is just how much is Samsung's new Note going to cost? Well, unless things change in Indonesia, the Galaxy Note 4 is going to cost 9,499,000 IDR. That converts to 814 USD,488 GBP or 607 EUR – very much in the same region as the legendary Galaxy Note 3. Of course, currency conversions are always a hit and miss affair due to import duties, taxes and so on. We'll update this article as soon as we have a more official price for the US and Europe.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 specs

The fun stuff: according to Erafone's product page, the Galaxy Note 4 will be packing a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, powered by either a quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.5 GHz (for the SM-N910S model) or the octa-core Exynos 5433 SoC (for the SM-N910C model), with both chip options backed up by a whopping 4 GB of RAM. The camera also gets an upgrade to a 16 MP shooter with OIS, something we've been waiting a while for now. The leak suggests three storage capacities, 16, 32 and 64 GB with microSD expansion and what we can only assume will be a removable battery, although there are no battery details listed on the product page. The Note 4 will apparently appear running Android 4.4.3 (which is odd, considering the Galaxy Alpha has just been announced with Android 4.4.4), but this is obviously subject to change. Here's the full specs sheet for you.
